Produtos em constante movimento
Diferente dos cafés industrializados que possuem um perfil padronizado, os cafés especiais oferecidos em uma microtorrefação como a Terra Natal estão sujeitos a variações sensoriais de acordo com a safra, seu processamento e o perfil de torra adotado. Essas são as características que tornam o produto único, vivo e em constante transformação.
O desafio do novo design das embalagens tinha como foco comunicar as descrições de cada café de maneira eficiente, dar maior ênfase ao papel da microtorrefação, criar hierarquias e diferentes apresentações para as linhas de produto.

As opposed to industrialized coffee that presents a standardized profile, specialty coffees offered by micro roaster like Terra Natal are subject to sensory variations according to the harvest, their processing and the roasting profile adopted. These are the characteristics that make the product unique, alive and constantly changing. The challenge of this project focused on communicating the descriptions of each coffee in an efficient way, placing greater emphasis on the role of micro roasting, creating hierarchies and different presentations for the product lines.

Quanto mais simples, melhor.
Além da mudança no visual, o processo operacional foi facilitado e otimizado, diminuindo as etapas de colagem dos rótulos e permitindo definir algumas informações à mão, como tipo de moagem e lote. Foram preservadas também as características funcionais da embalagem, protegendo o produto da luz e umidade.
The simpler, the better
In addition to the visual change, the operational process was facilitated and optimized, reducing the steps for gluing the labels and allowing to define some information by hand, such as type of grinding and batch. The functional characteristics of the packaging were also preserved, protecting the product from light and moisture.
